Votes.ng provides online tools for organisations to prepare elections, invite eligible voters, receive ballots and share results. Votes.ng operates under the Votes.ng name. Our contact address is Opp. SDA Church, Zaramaganda, Jos, Plateau State, Nigeria.
Organiser responsibilities
The organisation running an election is responsible for deciding who may take part, providing accurate election and voter information, choosing voting dates and explaining relevant rules to its voters. Organisers should check the ballot and voter list before a Live election starts, protect access to their account and avoid sharing voter access details.
Use the service only for organisation elections and in a lawful, respectful way. Votes.ng may take reasonable steps to address misuse or protect an election or account.
Test and Live elections
Test mode is for reviewing an election before it goes Live. Test activity is not a Live vote. Once an election is Live, changes to its structure may be restricted to protect the election record. Organisers should carefully verify the setup before launch.
Completed Live elections and their results are frozen. Legitimate completed votes are not deleted. A voter’s participation record is kept separate from the ballot-choice record; timing or surrounding context may create a risk that records could be correlated.
Fees and payments
Any fee will be shown at checkout before the organiser confirms payment. A checkout provider, such as Paystack or Flutterwave when configured for the transaction, processes payment details directly. Votes.ng receives transaction or confirmation information needed to confirm the purchase and provide the service.

Service changes and availability
The service may be temporarily unavailable during maintenance or because of operational issues. For help, contact [email protected].
Accounts, closure and records
Contact [email protected] to discuss an account or organisation closure request. A request may require review of pending elections, payments, records and applicable holds. Closing an account does not delete a completed election or result.

Do not send passwords, verification codes, card information, voting codes, personal voting links, ballot choices or another voter’s information. If a request concerns an election managed by an organisation, that organisation may need to help handle it. This page may be updated as the service changes.
