Simple tools for your organization’s election
Prepare a clear ballot, give eligible voters individual access, and follow a result process that keeps choices private.
Clear ballot setup
Add positions, candidates or options, selection limits, and concise candidate information. Review the wording and permitted choices before launch.
An eligible voter list
Add and edit voters manually or import a CSV. Review field mappings, invalid entries, and duplicates before adding records. Your organization decides who is eligible.
A separate Test mode
Try the complete voter journey before paying for Live launch. Test participation stays separate from Live ballots, and resetting Test activity does not turn it into real votes.
Individual voter access
Give each eligible voter a personal link or access through their email and voting code. Voters do not need an organizer account to cast a ballot.
Private choices and one Live ballot
Ballot choices are stored separately from named participation. Each eligible voter record can submit at most one Live ballot, including when using different access methods.
Participation without named choices
Follow turnout and voter participation in organizer views without a direct list of how named people voted. Review small-group totals carefully because inference can still be possible.
A deliberate result workflow
After closing, finalize the aggregate result and choose whether to publish the supported result record. Follow your organization’s rules for communicating the outcome.
Receipt verification
A receipt can confirm that a recognized submission was recorded. Checking a receipt does not disclose candidate choices. Keep the receipt safe and use the public verification page when needed.
Phones and computers
The ballot is designed for modern mobile and desktop browsers. Test it with representative devices and voters before opening your election.
