Common questions
Payments
A payment may take a little time to confirm. Please do not pay again while it is being checked. If a completed payment is still not reflected, contact us and we will help.
Election setup
Check that your voter list contains the right people, use Test mode to review the ballot, and confirm the voting dates and time zone before scheduling.
Voting access
Voters can open their personal voting link or use the fallback voting code with the email address they were invited with. Replacing unused access makes the previous link and code stop working. Never ask a voter to send their voting code to support.
Results
After voting closes, finalise the result before publishing it. The public result page includes a check people can use to confirm that the published result has not changed.
